The National Football League (NFL), founded in 1920, is the top professional American football league with 32 teams across the U.S.
Known for its intense physicality, it pushes athletes to their limits — yet the average career lasts only about 3.3 years.
Former NFL players are 3 times more likely to develop severe osteoporosis before the age of 50 when compared to the average US males.

RESEARCH
We researched the types and effects of adaptogens, consulted and recorded information at some Chinese traditional medicine stores, and compiled the most suitable adaptogens for retired NFL athletes.
